It's the month of May and we have new guys moving in soon! Our coaches have worked relentlessly completely rebuilding our roster. They have done a great job. Personally, I am excited to get to know each player one on one over a meal!

Ministry hasn't stopped. I took three players into different local schools to speak with students. Each player shared their faith, and how God, our bible studies, accountability, and serving each other was the backbone of our season. Recently, I had a player call me and say, "Jeremy, I want to get baptized, can you help me with that". That was turtle, who recently he and his girlfriend had a baby girl. I have been working to serve those two well, taking them to dinner or bringing them food. Most importantly, teaching Turtle how to be the spiritual leader in his household.

God was so good this year. We got to see first hand how God can use this chaplain position to have a Kingdom impact for the sake of the Gospel. What I noticed this year is that at Auburn, not only can you impact a team or the community for the Kingdom, but an entire nation! Personally, I want to thank each of you for partnering with me financially, or in prayer to make Neville arena and people all over America, Call God!

Please be in prayer for our mission trip August 13-17th. We have not yet arranged who is attending so I am prayerfully asking God to ordain exactly who He wants to travel. Last year we had 17 men, coaches, players and managers attend the trip. It was a huge success and set the tone spiritually, and connected our team at we launched into the season.

Coach Pearl and I sat down and discussed how we can re-establish our culture of faith and family with all the new guys coming in. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, prayer, I am confident that together, we can make it happen once again.

On a personal note, pray my wife and I can slow down enough to get away for a few days this summer with the boys. Our kids are growing up quick, and we have already spent time in the ER getting stitches this summer. I am afraid that trip to the ER is the first of many with these boys.

Love ya'll, War Eagle and keep Calling God! He's listening! -Pastor Jeremy
